SPF Record for Sending Email

Modified on Sun, 29 Oct 2023 at 12:25 AM

Please ensure your DNS Records contain information about SPF in order to successfully send out email messages via our servers

If you are using our default nameserver, this will be done automatically. However, if you are using other nameserver pointing to external DNS Service such as Cloudflare, you will need to have a TXT Record for your domain name as follow:

This can be set at your external DNS Service panel for example by logging in to Cloudflare and go to DNS menu (if you are using Cloudflare):

v=spf1 include:spf.antispamcloud.com +a +mx ~all

After adding this record, please allow 1-2 hours for it to resolve.
